We ship out with a variety of carriers depending on the size and weight of the item and where you are located. Most of the time and for most items it will be UPS or Fedex but some larger items will have to be shipped with LTL freight carriers.

Different states have different laws that govern the use of personal mobility devices. Always check posted laws and obey posted street signs. We highly recommend not riding on sidewalks and using bike lanes wherever possible. UNLESS it is a mobility scooter or power chair in which case you can ride it wherever it is safe for you to do so.
